June Editoral

May has been an interesting month here at RV Adventure Magazine. As our first month, we are very pleased indeed that so many people contacted us with comments about our magazine, its format, and its content.

June is shaping up to be an even better month. We've expanded our content a bit, and even added two new writers that we think will bring us some great stories and pictures. Both writers are planning to do a monthly column, so we're anticipating a contribution from each person monthly.

The first writer we want to welcome is Denise Zirkle. Denise, originally from  Ohio, is a full time resident from a town just north of Anchorage, Alaska. She spends a lot of time photographing the Alaskan landscape and wildlife, and has an unsurpassed energy and enthusiasm about life in her new home state of Alaska. We're sure she will make a great contribution to the information here, and can't wait to see more of the great state up north.

The next contributor that we're excited to welcome is friend and photo artist Lucas Cichon. Lucas is, simply put, the finest portrait photographer we have ever seen. He has been published by many magazines and received awards over the years for his great work. Lucas will be writing a monthly column about his experiences and impressions of the RV lifestyle from the perspective of the fine art professional that he is.

Denise will be writing her column, "North To Alaska," and Lucas will share his thoughts in his column, "The View From My Window."

We're still looking for folks willing to contribute articles from the eastern U.S., Canada, and Mexico. If you have recent travel experience in these places or are planning a trip and would like to contribute, let us know.

Later this month, we're planning to launch our RVAdventureMag user's forum. We'll have a place where readers can go to get advice, give advice, or simply read what others are doing in the RV world. Be sure to check back throughout the month for this new feature. Better yet, you might want to subscribe to our newsletter so you can receive notification when the forum comes out.
